The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for a five-year period. The proposal must clearly demonstrate how your organization would best satisfy the requirements of the City. The City of Chino Hills has a substantial number of parks. Several of the parks are Nature Parks, which require regular landscape maintenance. The City is seeking qualified landscape maintenance contractors to provide bids to maintain four specified Nature Park areas: Eucalyptus Nature Park Hickory Creek Nature Park – excluding the mitigation area* Hollow Run Nature Park Strickling Nature Park *To be clarified at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
