The City is seeking qualified landscape maintenance contractors to provide bids to maintain the north service area. Contractors may submit separate bids for each service area. The City will award no more than one geographic service area to any one contractor. The term of the contract will be for five (5) years. Any changes are subject to written approval by both parties.
