As such, Respondents should have experience in hazardous tree identification and documentation projects similar in scope and size, as well as FEMA requirements and federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations applicable to this project. All work will be completed in compliance with FEMA’s rules and guidance, as well as federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and the federal cost principles at 2 C.F.R. Part 200.All proposals are due by 12 p.m. noon on March 5, 2026. Please provide proposals via DEMCO’s Euna Solutions/Bonfire portal. Please note the name and number of the project within Bonfire “Project 751768 Dead Tree Removal. Hazardous Tree Identification and Documentation by Licensed Arborist” to ensure you are submitting a proposal for the appropriate project. Bidders are responsible for the accuracy of all the data entry, extended amounts, and summations.
