All individual appraisers assigned to work under this agreement must hold valid BREA licenses appropriate to the type of appraisal being performed, including both residential and commercial valuations. The Consultant must employ appraisers who are properly licensed or certified by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (BREA) and must demonstrate a minimum of five years of relevant appraisal experience, including municipal or institutional assignments and experience with vacant land and other applicable property types. If commercial appraisal services will be provided, the Consultant must identify the MAI-designated appraiser (Member, Appraisal Institute) who will perform or oversee commercial valuation work. Include résumés for key personnel who will be assigned to the engagement, describe their roles and relevant experience, and identify the licensed appraiser or appraisers who will sign reports under this agreement, including license numbers and expiration dates.Provide a list of appraisal assignments or valuation engagements completed within the past 24 months that are comparable to the City’s needs.
