Request for Proposals (RFP): Enterprise Cisco Licensing Agreement for E-Rate Category 2 Eligible Services

Project Summary

The Putnam County School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to establish a district-wide Enterprise Cisco Licensing Agreement to support existing and future network infrastructure. This agreement will provide licensing services for Cisco equipment currently in use as well as equipment added throughout the term of the contract. The goal of this project is to ensure consistent, scalable, and cost-effective licensing across the District while maintaining compliance with E-Rate Category 2 funding requirements.

The selected vendor will partner with the District to deliver a flexible licensing solution that aligns with annual funding cycles and evolving technology needs. The contract is intended to support long-term network reliability, simplify license management, and allow for annual adjustments in licensing quantities as District requirements change. Vendors should demonstrate experience with enterprise-level Cisco environments and a strong understanding of E-Rate eligibility, documentation, and compliance.
