This link will redirect you to the “PSJA Electronic Bidding Portal” where it will allow you to view all available bids and proposals that have been published by the PSJA Purchasing Department. Proposals can be electronically submitted through the Purchasing Department electronic bid system by Monday September 29, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m., at which time proposals will be unsealed electronically. In case of emailed proposal or any correspondence concerning the proposal, the district will not be held responsible for missent, lost or late emails. Any proposal not submitted by the deadline for submitting the proposal, will be considered not timely filed and therefor, will be disqualified. Catalogs, brand names, or manufacturer's references are descriptive only and indicate type and quality desired. Proposals of brands of like nature and quality will be considered. If proposing other than the referenced brands/model number, Proposer must provide the manufacturer, brand, or trade name, product number and provide complete descriptive information of product offered and include it with your submission. **PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU VISIT THE DISTRICT’S PURCHASING DEPARTMENT WEBSITE (www.psjaisd.us)IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD ANY AND ALL ADDENDUMS PERTAINING TO THIS BID/PROPOSAL** NO FAXED PROPOSAL WILL BE ACCEPTED. LATE OR INCOMPLETE PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE / NON-CONFORMING. Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the opening date and time, but only in accordance with Attribute 4 of the proposals Attribute Section entitled “Withdrawing (Retracting) Responses or Modification of Bid”. No Federal or State Tax is to be included in the proposal price. All prices proposed must be F. O. B. Pharr, Texas.
