    The City of Folsom is requesting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced Construction Engineering (CE) firms to provide Construction Management Services for the Folsom Lake Crossing Safety Improvements Phase 2 Project, a federally funded project. The consultant is to provide at a minimum a Resident Engineer, inspection, and Caltrans certified materials testing. The consultant is to have strong construction management background for federally funded projects. This project will require the consultant to provide complete management services including but not limited to the following: Review and Comments on Draft Final Plans, and Specs prior to advertisement for bids Preconstruction Meeting and Project Progress Meetings Document Control in Compliance with the Local Assistance Procedures Manual Submittal Coordination Coordination of Environmental Monitoring/Mitigation Project Inspection Material Testing using Caltrans Methods Safety Review and Monitoring Project Closeout Documentation Qualified firms are invited to submit written proposals for consideration.
