Ride Solution, Inc., a non-profit entity and the designated Community Transportation Coordinator for Putnam County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), in compliance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act, Chapter 287.055, announces that Construction, Engineering, and Inspection Services (CEI) (Consultant) are being requested in support of the construction phase of the transit facility improvement (Project), encompassing: the reconfiguration and paving of the parking and vehicular use areas; construction of stormwater management facilities; demolition of existing pole barn and administrative building, construction of a new administrative building and bus wash facility; and relocation of the fueling facility. Ride Solution hereby notifies interested parties of its intent to procure construction services in parallel with this RFQ. The initiation of CEI services is dependent on a successful solicitation, selection, award and issuance of a Notice to Proceed to a construction contractor.
