The Village currently employs approximately 330 employees who are offered the opportunity to defer a portion of their compensation into a 457b plan. The 457b plans also include former Village employees who have kept their deferred compensation in the Plan after terminating their employment. The Village currently offers deferred compensation plans to employees through Nationwide and Mission Square Retirement.
