REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Design/Construction of Buildings for Public Works Notice is hereby given that the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow (BSB) is requesting qualifications for building services for the Department of Public Works. Qualifications will be received at or prior to 5:00p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) October 29, 2021, at the Butte-Silver Bow Public Works Department, Second Floor, 126 West Granite Street Butte, Montana 59701. BSB is seeking a qualified construction firms for the design and construction of buildings within BSB’s Public Works Department. Qualified individuals or businesses are expected to have demonstrated experiences and knowledge of design/construction standards for public projects. The respondent must demonstrate it is duly registered in the State of Montana or be able to register. RFQ will be posted on the BSB’s website at http://co.silverbow.mt.us/bids.aspx. The Request for Qualifications will be on file at the Clerk and Recorder’s Office. The successful Respondent shall comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements which include but are not limited to Section 3 Clause, Equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal Labor Standards and Civil Rights Act. Accordingly, the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based upon fair, reasonable and competitive rates, as well as the right to reject any and all qualifications.
