    Description

    BI-2B-483-ARC-2, OCME Building Expansion & Renovation, 11 Shuttle Road, Farmington, CT. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced team to provide the following type of services in support of the above-reference Project. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is a three-story building of approximately 31,800 SF. Based on the OCME needs for additional autopsy rooms, coolers, and supporting spaces, the expansion and renovation concept includes a two-story addition of approximately 20,000 SF, full-gut interior renovation of the existing 31,800 SF building, selective need-based envelope renovations, and site renovations including the addition of a Sally Port and a direct connection to Route 4. Hazardous materials investigation, design, and oversight are to be included in the design scope.
