    Description

    The City of Magnolia (hereafter “City”) is seeking to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual Firm, or Corporation, hereafter “Respondent,” to assist the City in the creation of a new Comprehensive Plan. The goal is to develop a comprehensive plan as an effective tool to manage future development. The Goals of the Comprehensive Plan are to:

    • Establish a vision for the future of Magnolia.
    • Define internal and external forces and trends affecting the City and its area of influence.
    • Demonstrate the interrelatedness between individual plan components.
    • Identify policies, programs, and capital investments to secure responsible growth and implement the vision.

    The Comprehensive Plan is funded through the Resilient Communities Program (RCP) through the State of Texas General Land Office (GLO) Community Development & Revitalization. Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted through CivCast by Friday, June 5, 2026, before 2:00 pm local time. No late submission will be accepted.
