Additionally, the proposal should encompass the design specifications for anti-static flooring to prevent electrostatic discharge, thereby enhancing the safety and reliability of server operations. An assessment and design for seismic bracing solutions to secure the main servers against potential seismic activity is also required, ensuring structural integrity and operational continuity. Moreover, the proposal must recommend and design a new HVAC and chiller system to improve cooling efficiency and reliability, supporting optimal server performance. Where feasible, the design should provide for isolation of the space surrounding electronic equipment to improve cooling efficiency and environmental control. The proposal shall also include the design and installation of improved cable raceways to enhance cable management, accessibility, and future scalability. In addition, grounding for all network racks and associated equipment shall be evaluated and designed to provide adequate electrical protection, minimizing the risk of equipment damage resulting from power surges or other electrical incidents.
