Upon receipt of such notice firms will be provided with detailed instructions. PROJECT SUMMARY & SCOPE OF WORK: See related document "Branding & Marketing RFQ" for detailed information. SUBMITTAL TIMEFRAME: Qualification summaries are due Thursday, July 14, 2016. PRESENTATIONS: Formal on-site presentations will be required by firms short listed following the initial evaluation period. Presentations will take place Thursday and Friday, August 11 & 12, 2016.
