    Description

    This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step in the selection of a “Energy as a Service” procurement process and will be used to preselect a qualified group of suppliers, who will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The second step, RFP, process is projected to be posted in the coming months.Service Providers may be requested to demonstrate qualifications related to providing a range of services, either independently or in combination, that are related to the activation of MD Anderson’s facilities, or prescribed areas therein, following their construction or renovation. Such services (hereinafter generally and cumulatively referred to as “Energy as a Service”) shall include but not necessarily be limited to assisting MD Anderson with budgeting for Energy as a Service, providing generator sizes and equipment, demand response parameters to be procured as part of a larger project to provide demand response / emergency generators that will support SCRB 1 and SCRB 2.
