Project types may include: architectural design services, roads, drainage, storm water management, inflow and infiltration studies, water/wastewater treatment, water/sewer extensions, site preparation, Comprehensive Plan review, land use planning, zoning code review, environmental assessments, civil engineering, subsurface investigations, contract administration, project inspection services, landscape architecture, assistance with economic development projects, and grant preparation and/or administration. Services rendered under the resulting blanket agreement will be rendered principally forad-hoc A&E needs where the Town needs services performed timely by an external firm in lieu of maintaining in-house A&E services. Proposal Preparation Interested firms should submit two (2) printed copies and one electronic (.pdf) copy of their proposal, clearly labeled “Statement of Qualifications – Architecture & Engineering Services” no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
