REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL LAND/PROPERTY APPRAISERS The City of Rogers is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms who are interested in performing Land Appraisals for the City of Rogers. The City of Rogers is a diverse and welcoming community that values each of its citizens. All firms submitting SOQ packages should provide documentation demonstrating their commitment to creating and fostering a diverse workplace at all levels, including senior management. The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any statement of qualifications, to reject any or all statements of qualifications, or to waive any information in a statement of qualification received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Rogers hereby notifies all responders that any contract that results from a received statement of qualification is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit a statement of qualification. Also, the City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises. One hard copy of the Statement of Qualifications (limit document to 25-30 pages) should be mailed to Frieda Bell, and will be received in the Community Development Department at 301 West Chestnut, Rogers, AR 72756 until 4:00 p.m., Friday, July 28th, 2023.
