    Description

    The City of San Marino ("City") is requesting Statements of Qualifications/Proposals for RFQ/RFP 2025-RFP-045 for Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals - On-Call Construction/Project Management and Inspection Services. All submittals are due before 3:00 pm on Thursday, January 22, 2026.

    The successful proposer will provide on-call construction/project management and inspection services to help facilitate the implementation of the City’s Capital Improvement Program and ensure the delivery of successful construction projects. The City's Capital Improvement Program is comprised of construction projects in the areas of right-of-way (streets, sidewalk, etc.), civic facilities, parks and grounds, wastewater, and stormwater. As such, City construction projects may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

    • Street Improvements
    • Stormwater Conveyance System Improvements
    • Wastewater System Improvements
    • Municipal Facility Improvements
    • Park Improvements

    These projects often require construction management and inspection services to oversee the daily construction of the work to ensure it is completed in a timely and professional manner, adheres to the approved project plans and specifications, is compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and provides minimal disruption to residents and/or facility users.

    The ideal firm will have thorough knowledge and experience in the areas listed in the Scope of Services Section of this Request for Proposals. The expected duration of the agreement is three (3) years, with the possibility for two (2) one-year extensions, contingent on satisfactory performance.
