Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Economic Development Advisory Services

The City of Vista (hereafter referred to as the “City”) is currently seeking a qualified consulting company (hereafter referred to as the “Consultant”) to provide economic development advisory services.

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a Consultant with the expertise and experience required to provide a range of on-call economic development advisory services. The City will consider proposals from qualified Consultants that demonstrate experience performing comprehensive economic development and economic impact analyses services addressed in the Scope of Work.
