Austin Road, Stockton, California 95215 and also the Waste Water Treatment Plant at the Northern California Youth Correctional Center (NCYCC/CHCF West) located at 7650 South Newcastle Road, Stockton, CA. 95215.Services shall be applicable for the equipment listed in Exhibit A-3 Equipment List.
