    Description

    This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the purpose of establishing on behalf of the City of Oroville, herein after referred to as “City”, a contract, should the City Council so authorize, with a qualified professional to provide for professional consultant services for monitoring for state and federal labor standards on this potentially federally funded project, additionally for the preparation of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) related to the project. The selected consultant will enter into a contract for services with the City for both labor standards monitoring services and NEPA preparation services over the course of the project, or up to three (3) years. The City will be applying for the 2025 Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to assist with infrastructure upgrades storm drain improvements and culvert repairs within the City limits of Oroville. If the City is not awarded CDBG funds, the contract will be cancelled. Project Cost Estimate= $3,084,112
