In submitting a Quote, all Firms agree to comply with all economic sanctions imposed by the State or U.S. Government.
Any questions or clarifications shall be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 p.m., June 24, 2026. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than June 25, 2026.
An award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible Firm and shall be on a lump sum basis. By submitting a quote, Firm agrees to the terms and conditions as stated in Exhibit C, entitled “Orange County Transportation Authority General Provisions,” which by this reference incorporated herein. Firms who do not bid on all line items in the Pricing Proposal shall be deemed “Non-Responsive” and will not be considered for award.
Firms should be aware that an award may be made without further discussion.
The successful Firm will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.
