The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized Scribe resellers to provide Scribe Enterprise Core Renewal.
The budget for this effort is $27,000 for a one (1)-year term, effective June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.
All firms must be authorized resellers and providers of the items listed. The winning firm will be required to provide proof they are an authorized Scribe Enterprise Core for US Government Accounts only reseller. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. Firms submitting an alternative manufacturer, model, or part number shall result in a “No Bid” and will not be considered for award. Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible firm and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ.
Delivery shall be by electronic download only. No tangible items will be accepted.
All questions, clarifications, or coments must be put in writing to mverduzco@octa.net and must be received by OCTA no later than 11:00 a.m., on April 30, 2026.
Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be clearly labeled, "RFQ 250317 Written Questions." OCTA is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such. Responses to all questions will be provided via an addendum by May 6, 2026.
Blanket Purchase Order
A blanket purchase order will be issued for a one (1)-year term for the OCTA's requirements for Scribe Enterprise Core with up to 30 User Licenses on an as-needed basis with no guarantee of usage. All firms must be authorized resellers and providers of the item listed. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award.
The lowest firm will be required to provide proof confirming its authorization reseller status to provide Scribe Enterprise Core. Firms submitting an alternative manufacturer, model, or part number shall result in a “No Bid” and will not be considered for award.
Prices quoted shall remain firm for the term of the Purchase Order.
