    RFQ-P No. 26-038
    Long-Range Facilities Master Plan Development

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Twin Rivers Unified School District, Sacramento County, California, invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications and Proposals for preparation of a Long-Range Facilities Master Plan.

    Proposals must be submitted electronically via the District’s bidding portal and received no later than March 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., and five bound copies and one USB delivered to 3222 Winona Way, Suite 201, North Highlands, CA 95660, by that time. Late proposals will not be accepted.

    Proposals will be opened virtually March 30, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. No proposal will be received after 11:00 a.m.

    Questions must be submitted to proposals@trusd.net by March 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Addenda, if any, will be posted to the portal by March 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

    Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 4104.5, if a material change is issued later than 72 hours before the deadline, the deadline will be extended not less than 72 hours. Proposals received after the deadline, including any extension, will be returned unopened.

    The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
