    Description

    The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford d/b/a Charter Oak Communities (“COC”) is seeking proposals from qualified respondents ("Contractor") to assist in the coordination and implementation of Resident Services, Family Self-Sufficiency and Relocation Services as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP 26-0003). The Population to be served includes families, seniors and individuals, including those with special needs and are residing at various housing properties that are owned and/or managed by COC. The selected contractor(s) will be required to provide the appropriate personnel, as required by COC in writing, on an as-needed basis along with any associated supervision and administrative support. A single Contractor may be selected to provide all required services, or multiple contractors may be chosen.
