Project Overview The City of Eustis seeks proposals from qualified development entities to construct new single-family homes on four (4) City-owned lots located within the Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). The purpose of this initiative is to expand homeownership opportunities, support neighborhood revitalization, increase property tax revenue, and ensure long-term community stability through high-quality, affordable homeownership housing development. Program Purpose and Authority. The subject parcels are City-owned lots located within the Community Redevelopment Area (“CRA”) and are being made available to advance affordable homeownership, neighborhood stabilization, and redevelopment objectives. The City anticipates disposition of the parcels in accordance with applicable law governing municipal surplus residential property and CRA redevelopment property, subject to required approvals, public notice, and the terms of a Development Agreement and recorded affordability restrictions.
