Project description:
This project includes mowing grass and maintaining areas as listed in Appendix A (Bid Items) according to the specifications within the identified areas within the City of Cumberland.
A Proposal Guaranty (Bond or Certified Check) in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid.
The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
