Engage Warner Robins is seeking proposals from licensed and experienced real estate brokerages to partner with the City in the marketing and sale of newly constructed townhome units developed with funding from the Community Home Investment Program (CHIP). The selected brokerage will provide professional listing, marketing, and sales services while working closely with City staff to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local program requirements. These units are subject to CHIP program requirements, including buyer income eligibility, resale and occupancy restrictions, and program income compliance. The City intends to select a real estate partner that understands the unique considerations of selling program-assisted housing and can manage both the marketing and transactional aspects of the sales process in coordination with City staff. Complete project specifications and requirements are provided in Attachment #1 (26-CED-4766 Residential Realtor Services RFP). Proposals will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until Friday, March 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM(ET). Proposals submitted via mail, hand delivery, fax, or any alternative method will not be accepted. Interested firms are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to RFP specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM(ET). Submission of a proposal shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation.
