NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed qualifications for the following work as specified: RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION & HOME REPAIR PRE-QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR POOL RFQ 2026-051 The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed qualifications up to 10:45 A.M. EST, August 03, 2026, via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Proposals received after 10:45 A.M. will not be considered. The City is seeking qualified contractors to perform residential rehabilitation and home repair services on owner-occupied, single-family residential properties located within the City of Lauderhill. Contractors selected through this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") will be eligible to receive invitations to bid on project -specific work assignments issued by the City. Projects may include, but are not limited to: Roofing Electrical repairs Plumbing repairs HVAC replacement and repair Window and door replacement Accessibility improvements Interior and exterior rehabilitation Structural repairs Painting Flooring Kitchen and bathroom rehabilitation Energy efficiency improvements Other eligible residential rehabilitation activities Projects may be funded through federal, state, local, or other housing assistance programs, including, but not limited to: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), when applicable Other eligible funding sources The purpose of these programs is to provide rehabilitation assistance to income-qualified homeowners, generally earning at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI), subject to the requirements of each funding source.
