Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. All bidders shall be required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C.17: 27, requiring each bidder and each subcontractor to formulate and submit to the proper authorized representative of the State of New Jersey an affirmative action program of equal opportunity, which guarantees minorities employment in all categories. If a bidder is a corporation, Subchapter S corporation, partnership, limited partnership, or limited liability partner or company the bidder, in conformance with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 et seq., shall submit with its bid a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders who own a ten percent (10%) or greater interest in the firm.
