Bidders must request to be prequalified for the solicitation in Public Purchase no later than 3:00 P.M. Hawai‘i Standard Time on January 15, 2026. A pre-bid non-mandatory conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 11:00 A.M., HST at 4370 Lawai Road Koloa, HI 96756 (Spouting Horn Concession Stands).
