The intent of the Request for Applications is to fund $575,000 annually for three (3) years. This is a procurement which encompasses two (2) Components. Component A: Research and Evaluation Mini Grants Component B: Inform and Scale-up Intervention to Increase HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Uptake This Request for Applications (RFA) has been posted on the following websites: The NYS Statewide Financial System (SFS) website at: Search for Grant Opportunities (ny.gov) Search using the SFS #s in the Event ID field: REGA2026 (Component A) REGB2026 (Component B) New York State Department of Health: http://www.health.ny.gov/funding/ In order to apply for this Request for Applications, eligible applicants must be prequalified in the Statewide Financial System and must submit an application via the Statewide Financial System. Applicants may apply for each Component of the Request for Applications. Organizations may submit more than one (1) application for each Component in response to the Request for Applications. However, Component A applications must each include a different Principal Investigator and Component B applications must each include a different Principal Investigator and intervention. Late applications will not be accepted. Applications will not be accepted via fax, e-mail, hard copy or hand delivery.
