    The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, Office of the Medical Director, announces the announces the availability of New York State funds intended to reduce disparities and advance equity in access to HIV biomedical prevention by planning and implementing a community-driven public health campaign to increase Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) awareness and uptake among people most at risk for acquiring HIV. The intent of the Request for Applications (RFA) is to fund one (1) agency for $243,000 annually (five-year maximum amount is $1,215,000) to support the contract selected from this RFA. This Request for Applications (RFA) has been posted on the following websites: The NYS Statewide Financial System (SFS) website at: Search for Grant Opportunities (ny.gov) Search using the SFS ID in the Event ID field: PACC2026 New York State Department of Health: http://www.health.ny.gov/funding/ In order to apply for this Request for Applications, eligible applicants must be prequalified in the Statewide Financial System and must submit an application by completing the online questions in the Statewide Financial System (SFS) AND by submitting an application with all required information to AIGPU@health.ny.gov by the date and time posted on the Cover Page of the RFA.
