These organizations may include, but are not limited to, a: a) Local Educational Agency; b) Community-Based Organization or Faith-Based Organization; c) Volunteer Literacy Organization; d) Institution of Higher Education; e) Public or Private Nonprofit Agency; f) Library; g) Public housing authority; h) Nonprofit institution not described in this section and can provide adult education and literacy activities to eligible individuals (nonprofits must submit documentation of nonprofit status); i) Consortium or coalition of the agencies, organizations, institutions, libraries, or authorities described above in this section (if applicable, Consortium members must submit nonprofit documentation); or j) partnership between an employer and an entity described in any of paragraphs (a) through (i) of 34 C.F.R. § 463.23.
