    RFA: Pathways to Multilingualism Grant Jennifer Huston Pathways to Multilingualism Grants are intended to support Oregon school districts in strengthening their Dual Language Education Programs through biliteracy professional development and training, purchasing high-quality instructional materials for implementing biliteracy education, planning new dual language programs and/or expanding existing programs. Grants will also support districts in strengthening or initiating tribal language revitalization programs.
