The City will no longer accept, nor will it consider bids that are hand delivered or mailed. All bids must be submitted online at PUBLIC|PURCHASE prior to the noted deadline. The deadline for submitting a bid is August 4, 2026 at 10:00AM. The PUBLIC|PURCHASE website will not allow the submittal of any bids after this deadline; therefore, late submittals will not be permitted.
