The intent is to establish a contract for the provision of School Crossing Guard Services on an as needed basis. The company awarded this contract will be responsible to providing crossing guards at locations specified by the City, shall be completely responsible for the supervision of such personnel in accordance with contract specifications, terms and conditions, and shall exercise exclusive control over persons employed to fulfill these contract requirements. At the discretion of the City, one or more future add-on location(s) may be included in the services requested.
