    Scope: Chemung County hereinafter referred to as “Owner” is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform rehabilitation of sanitary sewer collection system infrastructure and highway drainage infrastructure. Work includes Manhole rehabilitation and trenchless pipe rehabilitation. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. a. Bid Items i. Manhole Rehabilitation: Rehabilitation of existing manholes, including chemical grouting, cementitious or polymer lining, polymer seals, channel reconstruction, and installation/replacement of manhole steps. ii. CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation Trenchless rehabilitation of sanitary sewer mains and culverts using CIPP or approved methods, including cleaning, preparation, installation and testing. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None
