    This project consists of the reconstruction of Flour Bluff Drive from Yorktown Blvd to Don Paricio Rd, including new pavement, curbs and gutters, driveways, sidewalks and multi-use path with ADA compliant curb ramps, signage, pavement markings, upgraded street illumination and traffic control, as well as utility and drainage improvements as needed.

     

    This project has two base bids: one for Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) pavement and another for Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP).
