1. 4. Remove and reinstall existing mechanical equipment, vents, etc. in accordance with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) windstorm requirements.
5. Remove and reuse existing gutter, conductor heads and downspouts as needed for a successful roof installation.
6. Remove, clean/repaint and reuse existing light standards (2).
