    Description

    A Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT.

     

    1. The project will consist of improvements to the Oak Park Recreation Center Building envelope by overlaying the existing roof system in its entirety with an energy efficient mechanically fastened TPO 60mil membrane, 20-year warranty roof system. PEMB roof panels are to be replaced with new 24 ga. R-Panel.


    2. Repair any damaged roof decking found during the removal of the existing roof system.


    3. Repair or replace and support any existing conduit on the roof as needed.


    4. Remove and reinstall existing mechanical equipment, vents, etc. in accordance with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) windstorm requirements.


    5. Remove and reuse existing gutter, conductor heads and downspouts as needed for a successful roof installation.


    6. Remove, clean/repaint and reuse existing light standards (2).
