Summary of Work:

1. Selective demolition as required to accommodate new construction.
2. Concrete infill between existing beams over the main staircase to the second floor
3. Suites finish improvements including new paint, cabinets, countertops, backsplash and flooring
4. 2nd Floor Concourse restrooms finish improvements including new paint, flooring, plumbing fixture and accessories update.
5. 2nd Floor Concourse finish improvements including new paint and flooring.
6. Boiler, CO fan, HVAC duct update.
