Bill Witt Phase 1 Improvements is a parks and recreation improvement project. The project objectives include the construction of a new, ADA-compliant parking lot and related stormwater infrastructure. The new parking lot will be located on the West side of the site and will connect Yorktown Boulevard to the existing parking lot. This will include grading, paving, sidewalk and curb ramp construction, storm pipe construction by trenching, and detention pond excavation.
