Demolition of the existing walking beam flocculators, replacement with new vertical turbine mixers, and construction of the associated structural upgrades in Plant 1 (Basins 1 and 2) for the new flocculators. A new electrical building, PCR-14, is to be constructed for the new vertical flocculators. Additionally, construction of new baffle walls in the secondary sedimentation basins of Plant 1.
