The OSO Golf Center Clubhouse is a new mixed use facility consisting of two buildings connected by a substantial covered entry. An existing structure an selective stie items will be demolished. The Pro Shop portion consists of a Golf Shop, storage, office and ancillary spaces. The Dining portion consists of a dining room, restrooms, bar, kitchen, F&B office, secure storage, mechanical room, small locker area, cold and freezer storage. An alternate for an event space is attached to the dining portion. Refer to contract documents, plans and specifications for additional information.
