Scope of Work:

1. Waterline alignments: Installation of approximately 8,600 LF of 36” waterline including all valves, fittings and appurtenances necessary to complete the work. Installation of approximately 1,500 LF of 30” waterline including all valves, fittings, and appurtenances necessary to complete the work.

2. Wastewater alignments: Removal and replacement of various wastewater lines as required for TCEQ compliance.

3. Verification of tie-in points: Contractor shall verify location and elevation of connections to the existing waterlines prior to ordering materials.

4. Verification of existing utilities: Contractor shall verify location and elevation of all existing utilities within the project area prior to the start of construction. This work shall be considered subsidiary and included in the Contractors bid.

5. Site restoration: Shall include all grading, revegetation, pavement restoration, and concrete restoration required to restore the project site to existing conditions.
