Summary of Work : The City of Mission is accepting bids for Construction and Installation of an Elevator . Bid Submittal Deadline: Bid responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ) at which time they shall be publicly opened in a zoom conference meeting. All bid responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8 th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Bid responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFB: 25-315-02-26 Construction and Installation of an Elevator . No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted. Any RFB received after that time will not be opened and will be returned. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFB. Pre-Bid Conference : A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted. To view this solicitation, access Plans and Specifications, and submit a bid response, you must first register in the City’s bidding portal at https://cityofmission.procureware.com . Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.
