COUNTY OF GLENN NOTICE TO BIDDERS COUNTY ROAD 35 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AT WILSON CREEK BR-NBIL(519) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sealed Bids for the construction of COUNTY ROAD 35 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AT WILSON CREEK will be received at the Glenn County (COUNTY) office of Public Works Agency, located at 777 North Colusa Street, Willows, CA 95988, until 2:15 P.m. on April 30, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:45 P.m. on April 30, 2026, at the Glenn County office of Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, located at 525 West Sycamore Street, Suite B1, Willows, CA 95988. Bids shall be clearly labeled “COUNTY ROAD 35 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AT WILSON CREEK BR-NBIL(519)”. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. No electronic or faxed bids will be accepted. The work includes replacement of the existing low water crossing with a new bridge and reconstruction of the approach roadway along County Road 35 at Wilson Creek. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Public Works Agency office at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday April 9, 2026. No bid will be considered unless it is made on the forms furnished by the COUNTY and is made in accordance with the Special Provisions. Each bidder must be licensed as required by law and as described in the contract documents. The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which Sealed Bid is, in its opinion, the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder and that which it deems in the best interest of the COUNTY to accept. The COUNTY also reserves the right to waive any information not material to cost or performance in any Proposal or bid.
