    Request For Bid RFB CWC Laptop and Desktop FY26-27 Central Wyoming College NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fremont County Community College District, operating as Central Wyoming College (CWC), is requesting bids for the purchase of Laptop and Desktop Computers. The Chief Information Officer will receive bids in Room Main Hall 210 (the OCIO offices), 2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton, Wyoming 82501, until 3:00 pm MDT, Wednesday, May 13, 2026, or emailed to cio@cwc.edu. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids shall be clearly marked RFB CWC Laptop and Desktop FY26-27. Bids will be opened and read publicly shortly after 3:00 pm MDT in Main Hall 210. A contract will not be awarded until CWC has reviewed the bids and authorized negotiation of contract. Bid documents are attached to this notification on PublicPurchase.com or can be obtained from Craig Kucera at Central Wyoming College, Office the Chief Information Officer MH210, 2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton, Wyoming 82501, or by calling 307-855-2067. All submissions must be posted on the PublicPurchase.com site. The college reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities, formalities, or informalities in the bid process, and to award the bid as may be in the best interest of the college.
