Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’sOperations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., ThursdayMay 28, 2026. The dual effort of the City of Waco and TxDOT project is locatedalong Dallas Street from Waco Drive to Elm Avenue and Chestnut Street fromSherman Street to the cul-de-sac. The proposed work consists of improvements tothe storm drainage system, upgrading water and sewer utilities, full depthstreet reconstruction, development of on-street parking and bike lanes,widening sidewalks, ADA Ramps, pedestrian lighting, and landscaping.
