    The project consists of electrical upgrades within thirty-seven (37) occupied patient rooms located on the 4th Floor of the Rio Tower at University Hospital, 4502 Medical Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78229. The scope of work includes the installation of normal and emergency electrical receptacles in patient rooms, including the addition of new electrical panels consisting of one (1) normal power panel and one (1) emergency power panel. The project will be completed in multiple phases, with two (2) patient rooms available per phase. Patient rooms included in each phase may or may not be adjacent depending on room availability.
